Video-guided epidural neuroplasty
Video-guided catheter for diagnosis and procedures in the epidural space, usable with a fiberoptic endoscope.
A flexible endoscope is advanced through the catheter to the end of its hub, the catheter is filled with saline and guided to the target. The endoscope gives a direct view, catheter position is checked with the C-arm, and medication is given through the injection port on the body. It has dual working channels, dual infusion ports, 2-way steering and a locking button.
